Problem Avatrade not completing the deposit

I have opened my account on Wednesday and made a deposit right away also sent all required files for verification. However an alert message told me the deposit will be added in 24 Hours to my account. Been 3 working days since then and my deposit is still pending.

Tried to call them but once I choose customer service, they close the call after few seconds without an answer.
Tried to get their attention on facebook, still no answer to my message.
Live chat is also obsolete on their website cause nobody's gonna answer.
I've done a paypal chargeback hopefully they'll answer at least there.

Even if their service is legit that's the worst service I've ever seen on a top ranked application. Ever!

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Im in the exact same situation! Paypal say the deposit is completed and went to Avatrade,,, they said it never reached them.

Paypal won't refund or chargeback as they say it is an "investment" purchase.

Avatrade, ignore all my emails - I've sent numerous using various contact emails (CEO, Customer svs, paypal)
Avatrade ignore my calls, some hold music then they hang up.
Live chat is a joke, every time it says 99 in the queue which is clearly to put you off waiting, I got through after a 2 hour wait (no joke) and they lied and said the money hasnt reached them.

What can I do... I'm going crazy

Got my money back this morning - I found an email address for the Vice President of compliance at AvaTrade! He responded straight away and did the refund!! Email; I.Webb@avatrade.com

thank you for the reference i'll send him an email since i haven't received any useful answer from them beside 2 messages on facebook asking for my account number and it's been more than a week now
