I made a $640 deposit via bank transfer from my paypal bank account to your bank account at 24 Jan 2018. The bad thing is I have not received that money into my avatrade account 6458253. It seems like avatrade is scamming me for my money and not responding in anyway！！！phones，emails，online chat，Facebook！！！ I will keep posting these until i get my money refunded. Yes i have posted all required documents to get my account verified.

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.

GO to Trustpilot and post your story there too.. Contact the bank of Ireland and the Australian regulator asap..

- invite avatrade over to this thread using one or more methods (e.g. via compliance/support email, social media, live chat.....at least the compliance email though)
- If they do not process your withdraw within 5 days, consider an FPA trader's court
- consider opening a complaint with FOS
