Avatrade Scam!

Hi,

I created an account with Avatrade and placed 200$ to start me off however as I tried to withdraw this money, the interface didn't allow me due to my documentation. I provided documentation almost a month ago, sent several emails to avatrade and when I phoned them or had a live chat with them, they promptly forwarded me to another email that never responded. I have sent several emails and patiently waited few days before inquiring again however it seems that it is going no where and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out or at least forward me to the right person that can help me in my withdrawal.

Account:6065453 USD

Thank you very much

  1. Invite avatrade to this thread (email link to their support/compliance emails)
  2. Leave an appropriate review (likely 1 star) to let others know about the quality of service
  3. How did you make your deposit? If it was via credit card, you can contact them with a chargeback request.
  4. Consider filing a complaint with Australian FOS.
  5. 5. if you haven't received your withdraw within about 7 days or so, consider filing an FPA trader's court case.

Hi There

Ava trade according to there site they are registered under the FSB for South Africa, I have just spoken to them and they cannot find AVA trade on there system, according to the FSB, and also there FSB number is too long its supposed to be 3 to 5 digits. If look at this its 6 digits.-> "Ava Capital Markets Pty is regulated by the South African Financial Services Board (FSP No.445984)"

If you have a scam for AvaTrade, you should open an independent "scam alerts" thread.

Hi the FSP number appearing on the website was appearing incorrectly and is being updated to display the correct number. Ava Capital Markets Pty is regulated by the South African Financial Services Board under (FSP No.45984)
