My funds cleared from pay pal on 8th but still none of my 2000 US dollars in my account 7 days later. SENT NUMEROUS EMAILS TO JL to customer@avatrade..com. Support Chat impossible to get anyone to discuss, Phone number rings for 5 secondsand then cuts off. Looks like a SCAM COMPANY. JASON LAHMI / CUSTOMER SERVICE AVATRADE - are you real? If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

Got my money back this morning - I found an email address for the Vice President of compliance at AvaTrade! He responded straight away and did therefund!! Email; I.Webb@avatrade.com

I havent got mine either im out of balance and i cant trade? I made a deposit 14 th december and it hasn't appeared in My mt4 account, i want to start trading When are avatrade gonna fix that. Theyre Not answering The Phone or emails, ive sent plenty of emails?? Whats The problem

@Jason Carr You may have to file a Traders Court case . They will either pay you back or at least you can let other people know that they are getting scammed.
