Avatrade Withdrawal Nightmare

Hello Fellow FPA members,

I am having issues withdrawing money from Avatrade through Mastercard debit card. Depositing money to them took a few seconds. But when it came to withdrawing my deposits, it seems impossible to do it.

They keep on saying that they already refunded my deposit but they are unable to provide the ARN number of the refund to my debit card. Almost a month has already passed since my withdrawal transaction.

I am not receiving any favorable response from them on this.
Please help advise on my next steps on this. Thanks.

If you're located in Australia you can complain to ASIC, or otherwise complain to the regulators where you live.

Otherwise a chargeback could help too. Have you checked with your bank?

I am located in the Philippines so not sure how I can complain to the regulators in the other countries.
I had already checked with the bank and they have not received any remittances yet. I was asking for the ARN number of the remittance done but until now they are unable to provide this. Thanks.

Hopefully someone more experienced is able to take over your case. I am also in the same boat, but I am still new to all this.

I will file a case in this court as I am not getting any response.

For others who have experienced the same withdrawal issue with Avatrade, kindly help provide a way to resolve this.

Few steps that you must follow to draw their attention to your issue,
Follow the suggested steps below:

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat
Invite them to join this thread via email (Send an email to every possible address).

Regardless of your physical location, you can still complain to the Australian FoS. It will go faster if you have already complained to AvaTrade's compliance department.

i'm having the same issue but through wire transfer.
I order a withdrwal on 2nd od September 2017 already a month past by and I have been sending email to my account manager Sam Hanoch but until today I never recieved my money. instead they send me a copy of proof with the wrong information.
everytime I send email the answer is the same, he is contacting the accounting department. truthfully i don't even know are they really processing my withdrawl or not.

now i'm starting to believe this is a scam company, when we try to deposit to them they will chase your money but as soon you try to withdraw your money they will ignore it
but ofcourse they say they will take care of it but nothing ever happen.

Please create your own separate scam alert thread and submit some proof there as well.

Copy that url you create to their compliance department.

Also initiate the Australian FOS complaint if you do not have a satisfactory response within a week or so.
