Well, I wont say they are a scam yet, I have not noted, difference at expiry of trading time or anything untoward BUT,they gave me and others here a hundred$ bonus thru intellitraders.com, They had not stated that we shall need to deposit, as it was a no deposit bonus. When i took my account to around 900 i decided to confirm these thru chats , the transcript below is what i got, I am wondering whether to deposit the 500 they insisted . Please advice

hmmm....i think, to trade on the Binary option you need to be patient, although lick also plays its role, some have bad lucks and some have good one. People who has doesn't have good experience will feel that it is scam and other thought otherwise....as far as i am concern Banc De Binary has a proper website with proper professional facilities and they are working from the last 2 to 3 years (i think)....

A "formality office" would likely mean a virtual office. If so, then Banc de Binary is just paying a modest fee to be able to claim that they are at that office when in fact they have no employees there. A typical virtual office has one or more secretaries who forward mail send to the virtual office. Some also take faxes and phone messages.
I see Mr. Laurent says that this is used to incorporate an USA regulated investment firm. Can he tell us what regulators he's registered with?

Banc De Binary - Customer service and Broker unkept promises
Hi All
I am beginning to feel disillusion with the services that Banc De Binary is offering either customer service end or Broker end. (Name of broker will be revealed soon)
Only empty promises and their main objective or goal is to ask youto DEPOSIT! DEPOSIT! DEPOSIT!
First impression I was intrigued with the company and reviews but further digging it is alarming how they treat the new guys who sign up wit them.
1. Demo trade acount -> suppose to be free but require a deposit of min USD500
2. After initial deposit made which I did for USD1000 I was promise of training, signals, charting with 2 diff brokers and this never materialise. The only thinkg which now I regret is after depositing USD3500 I can now not withdraw the money due to the take up bonus of 50% - USD1750
I want to know if I can give back their money and what ever left in my account to be return back even if it is now at a lost?
the most appalling is that when setting up meeting with me at 10AM CET - the broker never kept his promise. 3 days in a row and now I know the true character of this personnel. Last chat (which I saved!) a message was relayed to me by a customer service rep that if I need to have further dealings with the broker I need to deposit another USD1500.
Service is deplorable to say the least. Expectation of min 10% proft never was in and I am left in LIMBO.
If anybody asking for recommendation if Banc De Binary is a good trader. I WILL SAY NO AND THEY WILL SUCK YOUR MONEY DRY.
I was prepared for the money lost but empty promises and avoiding meetings is not part of a business. Change if you want to be still in the business (my word of advice to you guys who's only vision is get money and mile them dry!!!)
In my telephone conversation I did say to the broker and got a verba agreement. If after 1 month all looks okay and a mutual professional r/ship built I will be okay to invest the additional 1.5K. but only after 3 days a broker can have the audacity to just shut you out and relay messages to the customer rep. Who does he think he is? and talking with My money still in the account to boot!
I request again. if there is still a pinch of ethics in the running of Bank De Binary is to take back your BONUS. Return any balance of my Deposit and we call it a day! But let see if you will give excuses as what I have seen in several postings.
CEO, CIO or what ever title you have. Let see if you have the authority to have this instructions put in place.

I totally agree with D Hondo that Banc De Binary is Scam, And Banc De Binary is not only Scam, but also ID thief. I highly recommend not put any money into this company because they will make various excuses not allowing you to withdraw. They promise the withdraw request is processed within 24 hours, but it actually takes a week if you have little money inside, but if you have more money, they will not allow you to withdraw.

After opening account with them, they transferred customers’ private information to internet advertisement company to earn money. Such companies include but not limited to ontheplay.in, casinowithu.in, airadvantage.net etc. I know this because I have used email without my real name registered with email provider and I have never register any account with any company using this email address with my real name. In this company website, Banc De Binary - Withdrawal Process, they say in order to withdraw, they need 1. A clear copy of Passport / Photo ID / Driver’s license2. A clear copy of a recent utility bill. However, in reality when you withdraw, they require A utility bill from the last 3 months which reflects the address shown on the photo ID. If you ID such as US passport has no address, they will not give you money back. Such important information is not put in their website. If you send them all the documents they required and they should give you money back, they pretended they did not received your documents and find various excuses not allowing you to withdraw. And the Banc De Binary brokers even give you calls asking why you withdraw.
This company is totally and completely fraud.
