About 2 months ago i wanted to withdraw my funds from the Forex/CFD broker bancdelux.com. The withdrawal process couldn't be executed in the ' logged-in ' menu because i can't select a ' method of payment '. The drop down menu doesn't function.

So i ' ve sent support an e-mail about this issue and did a request to make a withdrawal. On the issue and the request they never responded. Also they never responded on the next withdrawal requests i did.
When i try to call them, the lines are always busy.

I think the broker has had enough time to execute my withdrawal commands or at least respond why the withdrawal wasn't executed.

Two steps that you must follow

1st - Invite them to join this thread via email (Send email to every possible address).

2nd - Go to their website and invite them to here via Live Chat

Two payments were made by bank wire. In May 1000 Euro and in July another 500 Euro.
I've already contacted the bank where the money was sent. They replied and asked me to send ( from my bank ) an official request for a refund . So i did.
After a while they ( Moneypolo ) responded. They declared they can't help me and gave the following reason.

'' In this instance your funds where passed on to the client account and subsequently withdrawn from our system to a bank account by our client. This prevents MoneyPolo to recover the funds after withdrawal. The only option we have available was to contact the client and request return of funds.

We have spoken to our client whom have confirmed that these funds where received by them in their capacity as 'payment service provider' for their client, and that these funds were withdrawn from there system resulting in them being unable to recover the funds on your behalf.

You will need to contact the person/company you was paying and request them to return the funds directly to you as MoneyPolo and our client are no longer in possession of the funds and are unable to assist you any further.

Since i 've posted the thread on FPA, nobody from the company replied to my invitation to join this thread. And from this weekend they've blocked my MT4 account. I have made screenshots last Friday so i can show you the deposit and actual balance (attachment).

Things have changed recently. bancdelux.com has closed its wesbite and i have a possibility to get my initial deposit back via Moneypolo.
 
Moneypolo was able to get my initial deposit back. Last week the funds were wired to my bank account. I would like to thank Moneypolo and Igor from the compliance department for helping me out.
 
Congratulations. Recovery via a 3rd party deposit method is rare. I'm glad you succeeded.

Let this be a lesson to everyone else. Recovery from money transfer companies may be rare, but if you don't complain, your chances of recovery are zero.
