The time for credit card complaints seems to vary from country to country. Call them back one more time and explain that this is FRAUD, not just a dispute over quality of services.

Also, ask your bank and local police if there is a place in your country to complain about online financial fraud. In the USA, it's IC3.gov. Some countries have things like this.
