BeatsForex.com (aka BeatForex)

We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

In February 2009, BeatsForex.com began spamming the FPA's forums. The FPA's AsstModerator dutifully deleted the posts and banned the accounts. Every now and then, another one would pop up. In January of 2010, another spam account pushing a product from the BeatsForex website became the second entry in the Spammers Hall of Shame. A warning email was sent and everyone here thought that would be the end of the situation.

On March 1st, BeatsForex struck again. This time, they were advertising illegal copies of commercial forex software for $20 in one of the Education Folders. AsstModerator reported them to several of the companies that were being stolen from. He also moved the post into the Hall of Shame and filed a complaint with the Scam Investigations Committee.

We consider copyright violation to be a scam. We consider repeated spamming of these forums to be unethical. Under these circumstances, BeatsForex can be considered nothing other than a scam. We offer BeatsForex.com the opportunity to have this scam finding lifted by meeting these requirements. First BeatsForex must pay full retail price to the appropriate seller for each illegal copy of software or other materials they sold in violation of copyright laws. Second, they must notify all clients that the items purchased were illegal and refund all money collected for these sales. Third, they must publicly apologize for spamming the FPA's forums and never do so again.

BeatsForex.com is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge traders not to do business with this company. If you have purchased anything illegal from them, we urge you to open a PayPal dispute. We uge all traders to avoid illegal copies of software.

We wish to thank the FPA's AsstModerator for his efforts on this case and for all the work he does to try to keep the FPA's forums free of spam.
