Belforfx will not return deposit

I have deposited money at Belforfx and I have repeatedly requested my money returned to me, but I have not received any response. I would just like to receive my deposit back.

I deposited my money about 9 months ago, and the amount is 1672 USD. I deposited by credit card. It was originally $2000, but I lost a few hundred dollars, so now I want to withdraw the money as I know I can't work with them. I also have 1672 equity in the account.
