Best time frame for news releases

Following Felix's theory of the spike and then the retracement. I seem to have a problem on the actual time frame to use.
What is the best time frame to use to get the true picture of the spike, then the retracement? Would really appreciate replies.

I personally use M1 time frame as the price action can move very fast in the
1st 1/2 hour. hope that is what you are looking for.

so i guess ill have to look for the spike on the M1 chart, and then wait for the retracement.
