We the members of the Scam Investigations Committee of the Forex Peace Army have deliberated on all the evidence available to us and have reached a conclusion. It is our opinion that...

The HYIP company known as BestFxWorld declined to pay money owed to FPA member Rockwarrior. When he asked why, they demanded more money so that he could become a “VIP Member” and then be able to withdraw money. They refused to deduct this undocumented membership fee from his account.

When FPA investigator Ken asked the admin of bestfxworld if their hyip still paid members or not, the admin replied that bestfxworld was proven legitimate because it's domain was verified by ICANN – this is the central registry of internet domain names, and all domains are registered with it.

The admin of bestfxworld threatened to report Rockwarrior to the FBI for scam and to have the FPA's website shut down by complaining to our registrar and hosting provider.

Failure to return money to traders is the FPA's first definition of Scam. We consider making false claims of legitimacy based on inconsequential registrations to be negotiating in bad faith. We consider threats made against a trader trying to get his money back to be highly unethical. We are used to being threatened and consider the threat against the FPA to be mildly amusing.

On the basis of this evidence, we declare BestFxWorld to be a scam. We offer Bestfxworld the chance to resolve this issue by rescinding all threats against its own customers and to allow them to freely withdraw their funds with no additional fees.

We extend our sympathies to Rockwarrior for his loss of funds. We encourage him to seek out safer investments. We thank Lt. Ken for his efforts on this case. We also thank FPA Master Sgt Pharaoh for his input as a consultant on the case and for writing the article pointing out how this is really a combination of 2 kinds of fraud.

BestFxWorld is hereby blacklisted by the Forex Peace Army. We urge traders to not place money with this company. We strongly encourage anyone who has money with them to withdraw their funds immediately.

Special Note: BestFxWorld claims to be based in the USA, we urge Rockwarrior and anyone else having difficulty getting their money back from this company to visit IC3.gov and file a complaint there.
