    Are you serious?

You want the FPA to do an investigation on a sports betting site? Do you want them to confirm that bookies are there to take your money and they WILL get ALL your money if you continue to bet with them long enough? It's a mathematical guarantee. The odds are made such that they always have the advantage AND the "juice" (the spread).

But I'm sure he's got a perfect system for making tons of money. ;)

I suppose it could be worse than just gambling against the house. An online betting parlor might not make payouts to the tiny number who place a lucky bet or might not allow losers to withdraw what little is left of their initial deposits.

I wonder if they ever confiscate profits because wagers were made using "off market odds"? :D

I've got a simple solution to this. If you have an urge to gamble, find a licensed and regulated casino that has a good reputation, walk in, and gamble all night. You'll very likely lose, but at least there won't be any worries about being able to cash in whatever chips you have left at the end of the night.

Personally, I enjoy playing the slots from time to time, but I know that I've got a 99% probability of walking out with less money than I had when I walked in. I enjoy watching the people in the casino and find the environment to be entertaining, so consider any losses to be the price of admission.

Like trading forex, I never use money in a casino that I can't easily afford to lose. Unlike trading forex, I'm planning on losing all the money in the casino in one night. In forex, I use proper risk management to make losses happen as slowly as possible.

The FPA doesn't investigate non-forex scams.

Even if this was a forex issue, you haven't provided any information to base an investigation on. If this company scammed you, tell everyone how they scammed you. If the company seems any more suspicious than any other online gambling site, tell everyone what raised your suspicions.

If it's a forex scam, start a thread in the Scam Alerts Folder.
