I am great. Well been there done that, got a lot of experience to share. However You should know all you can before investing in anything or with anyone. And if you have invested what you need to do afterwards

And I agree with that 100%. I have indirectly gotten my feet wet but I am interested in learning more and being more directly involved. I would make time to go through the education field.
