I have his address in Cyprus too and have already made a complaint to Cysec. But do you know of anyone staying in Cyprus? If you do, it will be great if you can get that person to lodge a police report against Samir for us. I will make sure that Samir pays for his crime.

there have been lots of complaints about samir, and capital one continues to operate and this is really bad, even i got a call from their reps trying to make me deposit with them and i declined more than once, crazy people!!

yes samir big scamer man and still for scam with his wihite label name (capitaloneforex) the scam for new clients and intrdouce 500% bounce for any deposit and free 100 $ bounce bcouse client didnt return any thinks from his moaney or profit beware you and other deposit with him

The police can make an investigation with him but they cannot arrest him. But it's better, go ahead. I think scammer should be punished.
