Today is the 7th July 2014. Yesterday (Sunday) 6th July 2014 I officially opened a live trading account with the Binary Option Platform (OneTwo Trade.com)
I made a deposit of 250 British pound into my trading account with the intention of trading currencies in Binary to hedge against any losses that I may endure in my normal trading activities.
Today I receive a call from my " Account Manager" who goes by the name of Lev at OneTwo trade to welcome me as a new trader and at the same time told me that I had 4 open trades running...I was shocked!!!!! as I did not activate any Robot, neither did I give permissions to anyone to trade on my behalf. See my proof of deposit below, made yesterday 6th July 2014.

Did Lev explain where these mystery trades came from?

2 suggestions:

1. Contact AlgoCharge. Explain that you hadn't even started trading and the account was somehow being actively traded. Ask if they can process a refund immediately.

2. Call your credit card's issuing bank. Ask to speak to someone in the fraud department. Carefully explain exactly what happened. Ask what your options are regarding a chargeback.

And one piece of advice:

Avoid binary options brokers for now. Maybe in a few years, there will be a shakeout and some reliable ones will emerge.

Firstly- Its strange how people fall for one two trade crap- anyone

There is it in color for everyone to see before 'donating' your money.

2. Most of the guys falling for such are always looking for the easy way out. Forex trading is hard enough and takes years to learn. BO's on the hand is even harder as you need to experienced
in time-price analysis-(99.9% of the depositors have no idea what that is)- however with the phonecall where someone promises to teach you how to trade against his own company- think through it
3. And finally- Regulation , Regulation and Regulation - Guess it takes a loss before you learn the importance of a broker being regulated.

Please help me. Was this ever resolved? I logged into my account after months of inactivity to find that I've lost£1500GBP. There are unauthorised trades on there that depleted my account in the space of a week! I don't recognise these trades! How do I prove it's not me and get my money back?
