I have an account with Nadex.com. From beginning of July 2, 1015 to July 10, 2015. I have deposited fives time with the total of $550.00 through ACH. At the end of Friday July 10,2015 I still have left of $11.95 in my account due to loss of trades.. I did not log into my account until next wednesday when I log into my account and it show my account balance is -$488.05 instead of $11.95 as at the end of Friday close. I call and ask them what happen and they said my deposit was bounced 2 times and asked me to put in $150.00 of my debit right away and they said it will clear up the next day, beside that they charge me 2 times fee of $25 each. I thought I have the bounced on my ACH and agree to use my debit to put in another $150.00 and wait for the next day. Next day come my balance is still negative of $88.05 instead of positive balanced of $161.95 (150+11.95) if minus the fee of $50.00 at least I still have balance of $111.95. I have checked my bank there are no deposit was not clear. I called them several times and they said I have bounced check from ACH deposit. I said show me where is the bonce they can't prove it. I told them prove me which deposit was bounced they can't prove it and they said I have to deposit another $125.00 to make my account good. I said my account was not suppose in the negative for you will not allow people trade more than the money they have. How can it be nagative accept the deposit was not clear. They ask me to send them the screen shot of my bank account to prove all deposit was clear and I did all that and they will not consider the evidences of bank statement and emails of confirmaton and clear of my deposit... They still deny the facts and still want to get more money by tell me to deposit $125.00 more, and I asked what my balance will be after that deposit thay said will be $33.00. They have rip me off my money.
I write this to warn people be careful about Nadex.com, don't trust them just because they are regulated. They can trick you and get your money by their bad business practice. I check and download all my activities and I see they have put in negative debit into my account to make my account look negative. They can put into your account any number they like to make you lose money or balance is less than what you have Be carefull !!!!.
Below are emails of conirmation of deposit I received from them and Clear deposit I received from them but they still deny the facts and do what they want.
I have total five deposits from beginning of July 2015 through ACH and one deposit of $ !$150.00 through debit card as you said my ACH was bounced but turn out nothing was bounced but It all clear up.
Proof of 6 emails I receive from nadex.com confirmation of my six deposits and six emails confirmation of six deposit were cleared.

I have copied and pasted all the emails for your references included the bottom address of each email from gmail.
I believe you have error on your system or your side. Beside those six deposits, I don't have any more deposit. Even on my nadex.com accountt under transaction history on deposit, It still said all clear . Show me which transaction with id number that was not clear?
