I am trying to withdraw,but they said I would have to pay the VAT fee first...It is 10% of what I have in the account... FXMaster said .. 'Ask them to provide to the same in T&C'., but I don't know what that means.. T&C... They said I would only be able to withdraw until the end of March. I Guess they are going to court soon...

Crosscheck it or ask them if VAt fee us must before you withdraw the funds from them. If they say yes it is, then ask where its mentioned?

l did all of that.. I was hoping that someone on this forum may have run into this so I would know what to do.. It doesn't make sense that I would have to pay 10% (the VAT fee) before getting my money... If I did that they would have more of my money and then after i pay that fee, then they say I could withdraw the rest.. Not sure what the laws are but I would think that they could deduct it from my total..Then give me what is left..

First of all, invite the company by using the invite company option to your thread. And if you are unable to locate the option then this thread "Tutorial: How to Invite a company to your thread." will help you to find out.

If you deposited your money via credit card then contact the credit card customer care asap and ask them to file a chargeback.
