I would imagine that no one would dare to be a scamer in UK but I gues I was wrong

Don't be surprised that if you keep calling eventually you will find that the number is disconnected.

I have been ( I was) trading with ytfx about a year, I had good profits, for me at least,now a week ago when I tried to log in to my account I couldnt it was diseabled, when I called and asked why it took for ages transfering calles recalling them before i got junior on phone who saida he will contact me after he speaks with dealing, of course I had to call him back. Than he told me that they dont want as a clinet any more and will wire me my money, when I asked if hole of my acc he said yes, but the number he was telling me that my balance is, 4 times lover than actual balance is . I told him that is inccorect and he told me that in very rude manar this is what we will send you. After this conversation I got 2 emails from him telling me to send them my bank details so they will send me my money, because: '' Hello sir.
According to our Dealing Room, we have found very few scalping trades which according to our regulation, is not allowed to do.'' Well I replied by email them back that few trades is not practiclly whole account, and I was not scalping trades because i had them opened what they told me that minimum requerement is. Well guess what, no replies and I emailed my account manager dealing head of support.


If I call them from my number they don't answer, if I call from another phone number they are transfering me from support to dealing to support,

on friday when I called them to this phonbe number +44 203 318 3333 gues what suddenly no one spoke english anymore.

They're multinational (but it looks like the people in charge are in Israel).

That UK registration gives a lot more options for pursuing the issue.

i emailed ytfx that they are lieying and proved them with proof and since then no reply that was a week ago

I thing a week is long enough peroid for some company to reply to your email.

FCA says they cant help me because i am not from UK, wich is strange because my biff is wit company that is registered in Uk and undwer Uk regulation and laws

evry one that wish to pursuite legal action against ytfx please PM so that we can arange how to proceed togehter (wich barrister,...)

because if there is 5,10,15 of us together we are alot stronger and have better chance to get our money back
