Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Binary Brokerz Scam ...

I am having an issue with a company
Israel government? How can ISA ombudsman covers the Binary Options in UK ?

There are few, if any, binary brokers in the UK. Many binary sites have virtual addresses in the UK and elsewhere. Most are really based in Israel.

there are just too many of these unconscionable, unethical and dishonest scammers out there ...

unfortunately they do not care about how they destroy people's lives and families. There needs to be divine justice meted out to them as the justice on earth is too slow to mete out the punishment they deserve to get.

Karma!!!

What goes around, comes around ... hopefully sooner rather than later, so that we can all see it happen!

Give it time. The walls of secrecy around binary companies are being dug into from some interesting angles.

I am happy to report that my chargeback against Binary Brokerz has been successful and that I've received the entire amount taken off my credit card.

The battle goes on with the other scammer Banc de Binary as they have appealed to arbitration with MasterCard and VISA despite paying off 2 other cards with MasterCard and VISA card respectively with no rejection !!!

Does anyone by any chance have any contact details directly for the MasterCard and VISA card fraud departments that they can share with me?

Hi all, please see this website - http://svgfsa.com/fin_intl_unit.html.

The original post on the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) which has been established in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is post #26 at https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/banc-de-binary-account-and-financial-details.45838/page-3#post-253274. The functions of this specialized agency include receipt and analysis of suspicious transaction reports and the investigation of money laundering and other serious financial crimes.

Given that Binary Brokerz and Banc de Binary, not to mention other binary options scammers have moved to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines about 2 months ago, they must be taking some heat over their scamming from the authorities in the UK and Cyprus.

Can I suggest that everyone also email the FIU at svgfiu@vincysurf.com with the respective details of your scam by Binary Brokerz. While some of us have recovered all or some of our funds, we should still continue to report the incidents of our scams to all the authorities so that they are aware of all these scammers who have moved into their territory. Obviously one question to ask them also is why these scammers have suddenly moved over to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines - what is their incentive for doing so, is it because they believe that the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines authorities such as the FIU will not take any action against them so they can continue to scam their victims globally from the safe haven of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines???

For those who were scammed before Binary Brokerz "moved" from the UK to Cyprus at Victory House 205, Archbishop Makarios Avenue Limassol Cyprus with their "new" contact details at http://www.binarybrokerz.com/about-us/, please also report the incident of your scam to ActionFraud UK if you haven't already done so at http://www.actionfraud.police.uk/report_fraud. At the same time inform ActionFraud UK that Binary Brokerz's parent company DSMG LTD is now at Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Kingstown, VC0100, and that you have reported / or will be reporting about their scam to the FIU at http://svgfsa.com/fin_intl_unit.html. Tell ActionFraud UK that Binary Brokerz also now has a Cyprus address at Victory House 205, Archbishop Makarios Avenue Limassol Cyprus and that their contact details are at http://www.binarybrokerz.com/about-us/.

Hopefully this will connect the dots much quicker for all the authorities to investigate the scam and money laundering going on with these entities moving money around these countries and eastern Europe and South America ...

They are a sneaky bunch. DSMG were dissolved in the UK in February this year, although we knew they were actually located in St Vincent. His mother own another binary brokers company registered in St Vincent.
