I am glad that the broker contacted me and try to recover my acct. I will watch how it goes. Basically my acct went down from 200K to 58 dollars in one day traded by broker. I only want to get back my capital now.

200k to 58$ in one day and the broker has accepted to recover ur loses. do you really think that this will happen. basically when a broker says that he will trader for you then its a pure bucketshop. so you try to contact them and try to get your deposits as early as possible

I do! But before taking legal actions, I give them some time. Here also said need a week to log court case, right?

Not yet. They told me to recover half of my principal by Jan 14th. So I give them some time. Hope to resolve through negotiation.
