Simple steps to reduce your risk of getting scammed:
1. Avoid ALL binary brokers. They are nothing more than online casinos, and well over 99% are deposit-only.
2. Do your homework before opening an account with a forex broker.
The problem with Binary.com is that they never answer chat, phone numbers provided on their website never answer your calls. On your emails they respond a week later after multiple еmails sent.

This proves that all Binary Options Brokers Must Die! That is ok new technology is coming to end them! Binary.com is now promoting a pointless ICO and this is why they want to sue you FPA! I can't wait till all binary brokers are chapter 11. Even ones you would think you could trust cheat such as Binary.com, the owner even thinks he invented financial mathematics, which is delusional. His math skills are basic at best and you discover math not invent.
Try checking their Facebook post..this scammer launch something new today and I thought they had a major breakthrough or something...turns out another rubbish just like when I started trading with them many years back...same old new tricks..
The started off as BETONMARKETS.COM and when it is harder to market "Gambling" as they were targeting Asians, Indonesians and Malaysians, they conveniently then change it to BINARY.COM and now same cycle happen to binary options industry and our funny friend here try to rebrand it to DERIV.COM / DERIV.APP to make it more Financial Friendly to try attract the European, Latin America and Middle East markets according to their official Facebook page..Wake up people...You have been cheated for 20 years...
And they Thank You for your contributions (Client Losses) ...not sure how many out of this 1 Million Traders are HAPPY but can they back or proof this claim? As far as I know I am not happy at all...neither is Innocent or the many others that have reported them to the regulators....

You are right...binary officially launching deriv.com and deriv.app to replace binary.com brand today in Malaysia (an Islamic country) to get away with regulators and show that they are financial company but truth is they package GAMBLING into FINANCIAL DRESS.
My brother is an agent and they had a meeting after the product launch and he "terkejut" (sorry english not good) 2 agents yayahchanger.com and tchanger.com told binary boss and team that they each paid 300 Million Rupiah (USD21,000) to Mabes (Indonesia Local Police) to get away with Pasal 303 KUHP (Indonesia gambling law). Binary bos is okay with rasuah (i also don't know this correct word in english)
Jean Yves or JW told them that the situation now is under control in Indonesia as long as agent pay bribe on daily basis to the police as requested. One agent alone pay around USD6000 daily and Binary have more than 100 agents and most hidden in binary system and binary will make it can be see by all soon my brother say because Mabes (my local polis) ask binary to do that.

Imho im surprised they haven't been shut down already. For years Binary.com has tried to disguise itself as a financial trading company but they simply are not. Like the members above posted, they are nothing more than a gambling operation and the prove is here.
They registered a European trademark here for DERIV (Deriv is Binary.com's new brand because they want to get away from the word binary in their name). https://www.tmdn.org/tmview/#/tmview/detail/EM500000018097767
You can see it is registered to their Malta (MT) office. The registration class of activities is 41. 41 is online gambling services.
I am going to write a separate thing I found very strange and just scummy. They are paying for fake reviews on Trustpilot! I just googled them last week and every few hours some random trader raves about how they are incredible. Come on which traders in the hundreds rush to a review site to give brokers good names. One guy posted a negative review about Binary's random index and they just drowned it to page 2 with more fake reviews!
