Cyprus is slow and their penalties are very mild when they deliver them. Still, if no one bothers to file a report, then no one has the right to complaint if nothing at all happens.

IC3.gov is ONLY for issues involving US companies or US Citizens/Residents. If you aren't in one of these categories and Binary Tilt isn't in one of these categories, then the report won't go anywhere.

econsumer.gov - Your site for cross-border complaints. does accept reports of online financial fraud from all over the world. They do not take direct action. They share the reports with police and regulators who make requests. It's always a good idea to report any online financial fraud there, since your report could be the one that provides the missing puzzle piece needed for prosecution, even in another country.

Your own police may not be very effective, but if you don't bother to report, there is a 100% chance that they will do nothing. Try just asking them if there is anything like cyber-police in your country.

i don't understand why people trade binary options at all... they are all a joke. if someone knows anything about trading , they should know the meaning of an option that is binary and the odds are fixed... some people call it gambling.

Not reporting an issue because "police and regulators never do anything" is exactly what scammers want you to do.

Yes, police and regulators often don't do much or take a very long time to get around to serious action, but if you don't give them the information, you are making 100% sure that they don't do anything ever.

This attitude tells the scammers "I won't lift a finger to get you into any real legal trouble. Please keep scamming people, including my neighbors, my friends, and my family."
