Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Info Are these recovery companies legit or not?

Asking questions about a company
Nonsense, nonsense, nonsense.
These companies are all scams unless they can tell you they know who actually runs a brokerage and where they are suing them.
Litigation is VERY expensive and simply not remotely realistic for claims under 100,000, etc.

Has anyone heard about Cortalaw?lost money recovery law firm? The approach is same as from Birgman as described.based in Swtzerland.Calling from UK number.promissing return of loss plus huge benefit.asking 10percent upfront.from communication similar approach as scam brokers.

I have received documentation from Hong Kong, that there has been a settlement. Likewise a paper showing that the attorney is legit to practice law there.
Can they fake all that?

I have been approached by a swiss lawfirm called Corta Law about a group action against YesOption. I have found in the swiss registry it is registrered in Zürich as they claim.
The lawyer is registrered in Singapore where the proceeding are held.
They have showed documentation that they have received settlements in three classactions. All of this is on mail.
Could it all be fake?
Does anyone know this firm?

Be very skeptical about investment these days, there are lots of fake investment out there.
After I invested hundreds of thousands of Euros... two binary option brokers tried to pull a fast one and put a bag over my eyes claiming that my investments had been lost on bad trades. Luckily for me, earlier in the year, i saw an interview about how a woman who had been scammed four different times by binary options and was only happy to share her story because she had got it back. I checked the company out, on google and they seemed to be good at what they do, i tried them out and i have been able to recover my funds. You can search for Assured Recoverscam on google, they help victims of fake investment.

Spam Cat looked up your site. Spam Cat says it smells like a pile of rotting spam and lies. Spam Cat is sure that anyone who uses your services will be scammed again. Spam Cat will now eat you.

This site lacks some of the more obvious "It's an obvious recovery room scam!" warning signs.

On the other hand, the site is very very vague. Mysterious operatives who claim not only to recovery money from forex binary, and crypto scams, but also from hackers and many other scams which leave far less evidence behind. They seem to also be ready to roll our polygraphs to help you interrogate any potentially dishonest employees. Seems like a rather vague focus for a company which would require totally different people and tactics for all the assorted jobs they claim to be capable of.

Of course, legal representation can be arranged. As usual for questionable websites, not a single mention of a licensed lawyer or law firm.

Overall, this looks suspiciously like a better spelled version of those hacker websites that promise to steal back your money from brokers while also editing your college transcripts. I see nothing that gives me any confidence that they can really to anything to help scam victims.

Hi, I would really like to know more about Cortalaw , if they are legit law firm or not. If we can get back our stolen money by fraudulent trading company , it will be excellent. Please let know any information about Cortalaw firm. I think we have to research if they have physical office or not. I see a building and their address in zurick-Switzerland, but this does not make me confident about their physical office. But I wish this law firm to be a legit, because I will really pay them to get my money lost. However I prefer to go to their office to make my legal fees payment and to see them face to face. Hope these information is helpful for you
