I created an account with Binary tilt and deposited some money 24th Feb 2017.
I was assigned an account rep called Alan Smith - alans@binarytilt.com. He contacted me daily with various trading opportunities. He then called me promising that he could make me £60,000 if I deposited £1,000 for an insured account. I said that I wanted to withdraw my funds as proof that I knew I had access to my money when I wanted it before going any further.
I put in a request to withdraw all funds 08/03/17. Alan called me and advised that I changed the amount from the full £216 to £100 as it was just a test. I cancelled my withdrawal and submitted a new request for £100 on 13/03/17. As I heard nothing, I started to get concerned. I cancelled my £100 request and put in a new request to withdraw all cash on 29/03/17. The request has been in a pending state since then, the date is now 19/04/17.
I've tried to call them multiple times, occasionally I get through. I called this morning and spoke to a lady with a foreign accent. She asked for the reason for my call, I said I would like to speak with someone about my withdrawal request. The phone line went dead.
I called again and waited for about 5 minutes with no answer. I then called from a different number and got through to to someone (I think the same person). I explained that I was on the phone earlier but got cut off. The phone line went dead again.
I have read various reviews with similar stories. Some say that their account password and/or email has been changed. I still have access to my account.
You can see my 'banking history' on the screenshot attached.
I have emailed them three times since 10/04/17 to support@ and info@binarytilt.com.
