BINARYONLINE refusing to allow a withdrawal

Hello,

I deposited $250 with Binaryonline a few months ago. After a million calls from different people and being seriously confused about who my details have been shared with I decided not to trade.

Yesterday I requested a withdrawal and received this response. What absolute BS.

This was the response I received on my withdrawal request.

After the verification of your account, it has been notified that it was inactive for more than one month.

As per the Terms and Conditions of BinaryOnline, your account has been classified as Dormant Account since it was inactive for a period of more than 30 days.

BinaryOnline often take a monthly review of every account whereby there is no activity.

Should you be willing to revive your account in order to withdraw your funds, you need to abide by the Terms and Conditions of BinaryOnline, that is you need to place a minimum of 5 investments exclusively on the Classic Binary Option and Long Term trading tool which will be counted for the account reactivation

However, we’ll recommend you to get into contact with our Support Department in order to complete the formalities which is mandatory.
