BinaryTilt not honoring withdrawal request

In February 2017 I registered with OptionBot, and was assigned BinaryTilt as my broker. I opened an account by depositing $250 with BinaryTilt, and had all documentation fully verified before starting to trade.

After doing some trades and mostly losing money, I decided to withdraw the remaining funds from BinaryTilt on 23/02/2017. According to their website it takes 7-10 business days for a withdrawal to be processed. See the screenshot below taken today.

I received a confirmation from BinaryTilt regarding my request on the same day(23/02/2017). I allowed the 10 business days to pass, and on 07/03/2017 I sent an email to BinaryTilt support requesting an update of the status of my request.

No answer, they just ignored me.

On 08/03/2017 I emailed the account manager, Eric Levine, and asked for an update or at least some help to get this resolved.

No response.

On 09/03/2017 I managed to get a hold of the account manager on Skype, and he stated that he needs to approve the request. I asked if we would please approve the request and he said he would. I also sent him an email later in the day just to make sure he remembers out conversation.

No reply from Eric.

On 10/03/2017 I then write another email to BinaryTilt and the account manager, stating that I think they are running a scam, and that I will document it on ForexPeaceArmy. See the screenshot below of the mail on my Gmail account.

This got some response from them in the form of an email stating that the finance department is handling the request.

That was the last communication I had with them, and up to now my request is still showing as pending on the website.

On 15/03/2017 I again sent an email stating that I'm going to take action. See the screenshot.

So, it looks like a scam to me and this is to warn people to stay away from these clowns.

I just had a reply from the support department at BinaryTilt again stating that the finance department is handling the request. And as a footnote they added it will take 7-10 business days.

My request is already 14 business days old and now I have to wait an additional 10 business days?

Rubbish, they are just using delaying tactics.
Tommorow I start reviewing them on every social media site I can find their name.

Most likely it's just more delaying tactics. Unfortunately, with only $250 on the line, I don't think you'll meet the minimum for WinChargeback or WinThisCase.

I've shared a list of regulators who want to hear about binary scams in post #2 of this thread:

https://www.forexpeacearmy.com/community/threads/the-fbi-warns-about-binary-options-fraud.49660/

Even the smallest of their scams may provide evidence to help follow the money trail. Don't threaten to report them. Report them and then let them know you've filed the reports. Tell them you'll be happy to submit a followup saying the issue is fixed - after 100% of what they owe you is back in your bank account.

I have been waiting since December for my funds aswell I even tried a chargeback from my credit card which failed so not a lot we can do now
