Problem Blackbull stole my hard earn profit of USD5300

Hi FPA,

I got this reply from New Zealand FMA. I think the biggest problem here is FMA think it is OK for a broker to steal clients profit because of the broker terms. I urge everyone to avoid broker with NZ FMA license.

We understand that BBG Limited is treating your complaint as an ongoing investigation. We also understand that the terms of your client agreement with BBG Limited may allow BBG Limited to terminate the account at their discretion, and that the company reserves the right to void and/or cancel part or all a client’s transactions, under certain circumstances. We recommend that you review the terms of your client agreement.

The FMA has no regulatory authority over BBG Limited. And we therefore recommend that you pursue your dispute with BBG Limited and the Seychelles regulator."

So mean FMA can accept this type of broker that wrong doing by using offshore jurisdiction?

Looks like there is nothing much can be done even with FPA.

Conclusion is New Zealand FMA is crap and Seychelles FSC is another scam regulator.
