It's a binary options anyway, even with regulation the chances are slim as the regulatory deposit for binary is way smaller than the FX and even if the regulation will take actions against the broker it will pop up with same brand but under a different register name in "god knows" offshore island name
For you to get advice on what to do best it's always important that YOU have your details together.
So ... when you signed up.... and then you funded your account, you still got a card statement I suppose
So what does it say about who got your money?
Bloombex Options claims to be headquartered in Germany.... then you got a shot with the BaFin, not that you'd get the money back, but they might actually take action against them and shut them down.....
But again, with no proof who got your money it's near impossible.
This Bloombex Option is connected to a trio of crooks - they move from one broker to the next, robbing clients blind

I have contacted bloombex 4 times on various days, twice via email, and twice via live chat. Both chat sessions were ended IMMEDIATELY after being insulted. How do I go about getting this thread taken seriously by FPA and get them to rule a decision?
I don't feel bloombex gives a **** about scamming me nor this topic, can we get some sort of guilty verdict if they refuse to reply? I'm out of options. Even if i don't get my money back I want people to know about this dodgy unregulated scamming site.

I really don't believe they will answer. I am having the same problems with Bloombex Options platform as DylanSuth. I sent them some emails and I told them through the chat about the thread I opened here in FPA, but they have not answered my emails, they do not answer me through the chat, and they do not answer my into my thread... Totally deplorable and exasperating!!
