I paid through Skrill. Also I prefer to fight for the whole amount I won by trading: 3700 € that still remain in my account.
Probably if I try to chargeback the 300 € I deposited (I deposited 300€ + 300€ and bloombex only gave me back 300€), they will not pay me those 3700€.
I totally agree with you, it is your money and this is your decision.

Try all your options to get your money back, but remember you still have the chances for chargeback so consider use it before it's too long.

Along this week I have tried to contact to them through the chat many times and they don't answer, all the times the chat appears busy.
But if I enter to the chat with another name, then they answer almost instantly. Obviously, they are refusing to contact to me.

One week ago, I informed them about this thread, but they have not answered here. They do not answer my emails... this is exasperating

I hope that FPA could soon take actions against bloombex-options, as every day is clearer that this company is a big big scam!

When you request withdrawal, they will hack your password and change it to turn their robot on to make you lose your money, The account manager calls himself Dr.Soultan alqasmi did this to me and I lost all my money..............They are nothing but a bunch of thieves....I will not let them get away with my money......

I am having serious problems with Bloombex Options. I deposited 600 €, and after some weeks I ordered a withdrawal of 1500 €. After couple of weeks waiting for the withdrawal, suddenly they blocked my account with no reason and they told me that my account was being reviewed by the risk department.
Now it has past more than two months and my account continues blocked and I haven't receive the withdrawal I ordered.

I have contacted to them many times, and they always say the same: my account has been blocked (they say the platform provider, Spotoption, is reviewing the account) and they can not do anything, they say I have to wait. But I am already two months waiting!!

This is not serious, playing with the effort and the money of the people. I thought this broker was serious, but they have demostrated to me that they are acting like big big scam.

Don't trade with Bloombex-options, if you lose your money everything is fine, but if you win the trades and earn some money, they will not enable you to withdraw your money.

I have been trying to get my cash out as well. It has been taking so long that so far I have been charged 2 inactivity fees. However, the real problem is that there are so many review sites (affiliates) that it is difficult for a potential customer to find about about Bloombex. The reason I joined this site is that it is the first site that I found that suggested that Bloombex might not be so good. If you Google 'Bloombex withdrawals' you will see what I mean. Fake review sites make this an impossible problem to correct.

How and when did you deposit? If by credit card, get in touch with the fraud department at your issuing bank, explain how you've been defrauded, and ask about a chargeback. Report back here about what they say.

I deposited 250 USD in November. There was 170 left when I requested a withdrawal. Now there is only 250 USD left. I have just been on line trying to chat with Megan Schmidt and was transferred to Gabriel King but am getting no response. I have uploaded a screen shot of the chats -- mainly so you can see the nice call on the eur/usd in the background. thanks for you help though Pharaoh.
