Bloombex Options Suck

Hi Rod,
I received your email and transferred it to the compliance and support department for serious inquiry, they should be contacting you in the next few days.
Please make sure to be reachable on the phone number you gave us.
I am hoping that we will be able to settle this issue quickly
Warm Regards,

Dear Rod,
I heard from my team that your request has been taken care of and everything has been managed at your satisfaction.
Thank you for your cooperation in resolving this manner ;)

Sandra

This is not exactly true.
I spoke to Benjamin last week. He informed me that I should have been able to withdraw the funds out of my account when I first put in my withdrawal request. it was the Compliance department that rejected my request at the time probably along with my Account manager.
My Account manager proceeded to trade on my account losing my investment. Benjamin explained that my account manager would have been negatively affected had Bloombex processed my withdrawal. I did not see this as my issue. I was told that I would be able to withdraw the funds if the trades were to lose and you proceeded to tell me I could not because they came into my account as a bonus. Benjamin said this should not have happened and I should have been able to withdraw the $14,000.00 from my account.
You say I am satisfied with the result the answer is no. I would be satisfied if Bloombex would return the full amount that I had deposited not half because my account manager traded the funds away.
Benjamin said this case would still be investigated and that would see if they could get the rest of my funds back.
I just received $6284.70 back today
I am still looking for the other $7715.30
Had Bloombex allowed me to withdraw the funds when I had placed the request I would have all of my money back not less than half?
I am still looking for the remaining funds.
Please let me know what is being done about this.
Thanks
Rod

I am very sorry to read that the agreement you reached with our professional support team is not meeting your full satisfaction.
I shall inquire further how a wire transfer (withdrawal) in your direction has been made without your full consent.
I will be contacting you in private mail if I have further needs in clarifications.
Regards,

Funny how many professional "account managers" manage to lose a lot of money and then get "fired" by the BO company they work for.

Sandra, since binary options companies are market makers (client losses go to the company, client wins cost the company) by default, can you explain why company employees are placing trades on behalf of clients? A winning "account manager" could wipe out the company, the same as a blackjack dealer who plays badly to allow customers to win more often could damage the bottom line of a casino. For a market maker, client losses are needed, so an employee trading for a client is a conflict of interest.

Dear Pharaoh,

I appreciate your clarification, it is important to point out that Bloombex is training its traders to place educated trades- we are committed to the education of our clients

Of course, there is no earning guarantee and our team of skilled brokers are here to consult with.

We are investing great efforts to teach and form our traders; mailers, e-books, full education section, personal training, and free consultancy as well as free support, webinars,...are available for our clients, all are for our traders to feel confident and place educated trades.

Bloombex's greatest asset is its good name and reputation- we thrive from the success of our clients and are totally committed to it.

Of course losing a trade is never pleasant, but you will never hear about all the winning trades, although an accusing finger will be quickly pointed at losing trades and described as malicious. This is very unfortunate.

We encourage our trader to use our tools and seminars, to get educated in the field and trade their wallet responsibly- this is our mission, this is our commitment, this is what Bloombex is all about.

Regards,
Sandra.L

the evidence is clear from the first post.clearly the manager assured the client that even if the trades lost the money would be returned to the clients account and would not be subject to any bonus conditions.and would immediately be withdrawable.that is what was promised to the client.address this please.and make good on your word.

Rod, has there been any progress? Please give a status update here and in your case thread.

to the bloombex rep.
obviously there is some kind of confusion here on your part.i will attempt to clarify, using direct quotes from YOUR sales managers(i believe to use the term brokers would be unfair to actual brokers at this point.)

When we purchase an Independent package from Bloombex-Options we will be insured

100% as beginners trading benefit. (STRICTLY FOR APPLE TRADES) (Max Cap. 25k)

Meaning that even in the slight chance that these trades happen to lose due to an

unexpected short squeeze or for any other reason. Bloombex-Options will be

reimbursing you dollar for dollar back to your trading account.

i see no mention of these funds being returned as a bonus only, and indeed when the client followed up with this he was informed

I said on the phone that I would agree to Deposit an additional $4,000.00 into my account to be put into this Apple trade. I confirmed again that if this trade was to lose would the money come back into my account as a bonus he said no. I confirmed will there be an stipulations to withdraw the funds if the trade was to lose and he said no.

i understand that this exchange happened over the phone, and that legally it would be difficult to prove that these were the words that were actually spoken, but i believe courts tend to go with the balance of probability in such matters, and the fact that shortly after the phone call the client probably deposited said money would tend to sway such an argument PARTICULARLY as the original email SPECIFIED
in the slight chance that these trades happen to lose due to an

unexpected short squeeze or for any other reason. Bloombex-Options will be

reimbursing you dollar for dollar back to your trading account.
NO MENTION OF BONUS.

so there are three possibilities here.either the client completely got the wrong end of the stick(which based on the supporting evidence is unlikely to my mind)
the agent who negotiated the deposit under the name of your company was somehow ill informed(which could be construed as negligence on your part as a company to provide a good and honest service)
or that the agent was acting correctly under instructions from management in order to extract monies from clients that you as a company had absolutely no intention of paying back IF the trades ended up losing.which is FRAUD.

if you are unwilling to return the clients initial funding AS PROMISED then of course the client will quite legitimately be pursuing his case with the regulator, and i wish him good luck on this.
obviously if the agent was misinformed then it is remiss of yourselves as a company and it is upon you to return the clients initial funding AS PROMISED.
i dont even want to go into the third possibility, save to say that fraud is unique amongst crimes, because it can be tried BOTH as a CRIMINAL and CIVIL case.
i guess it is your choice as a company how you wish to proceed here, remembering that as this thread continues, your reputation as you seem to think you have, will be rapidly diminishing.
YOUR CHOICE.
incidentally hidden terms and conditions that are not properly explained to the client BEFORE such trades take place and result in the client being relieved of his money are also considered FRAUDULENT.i can certainly go deeper into the law if you wish further legal explanation on this point.
