Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem Bloombex- options took all my money

I am having an issue with a company
One thing you should try is to add an official email of Isreal Fincace Regulator or any other govermental agency dealing with financial matters in CC field when you are writing to your scam broker...
Does anyone have contact information for these agencies and regulators?

How were you able to actually speak to Michele?? Every time I call they won't let me talk to anyone. Always has to be a return call.
I haven't actually spoke with her. I sent email after email after email. I might get a response after 3 weeks back saying the same old thing of I'm sorry I will reply in 2 to 3 days

Guess what group, I still don't have anything. Was suppose to be sent 5 days ago and today they said they suffered a loss because markets yesterday. So no money. Totally insane. Hard to hold my tongue but waiting on my lawyer before I say anything stupid

The only loss they suffered is the loss of the truth as they have none left to impart with others. They are so deluded in their dishonesty they likely lie to themselves and their families. What a horrible group of people and may they suffer the retribution of which the almighty will put upon them for their actions towards their fellow man.

The Irony of all this is how Meyer Lansky might have been one of the biggest Gangsters of the 20th Century but when he got involved in the Casino Business it had a similar Rep as some Binary Options Companies. People were being fleeced and conned by the usual Tricks employed by unscrupulous Bosses in an Industry that inhabited a grey Area of Morality. They weren't legal in those days and in this Climate the Scammers thrived. They still weren't when he got involved - but he did so because he was shrewd enough to know that a good Rep = good Customer Relations = thriving Business. He probably also felt that the Industry generally wasn't doing itself any favours by being dishonest. It could be argued that his Actions ultimately led to it being legalised.

What seems to be happening here is the complete opposite - where Options Companies seem to be undoing what he strove to achieve. While his efforts might have made Casinos and Bookmakers legally presentable this could lead to Options Companies being closed. Many have commented on how many of them are based in Israel - but while Lansky might have had some heavy Associates he ensured People never felt about his Casinos what some seem to here - thus, as a Jewish Businessman he never let his Customers down.

The Paradox is that his application for Israeli Citizenship was turned down - while these People live and work there!

What does this say that the 'Commission' might have had a Code - while all of this doesn't seem to?

Someone commented on how a Broker used things like "his Word" - and "Handshakes" etc - but Lansky's Words and Handshakes actually meant something. Even completely legit TV Documentaries have said this.

Gangsters used to have some limited form of ethics. For example, uninvolved family members were off limits. Based on some of the things I've seen brokers doing, I'd say they more closely fit the mold of financial terrorists than old school gangsters.

Where is the red line, between Organized Crime and Terrorism, financing of terrorism
