Could we have a case against this vendor opened? I'm not the only person duped by them it seems. The ea was a signal copier and it stopped trading in febuary, I've contacted them about refunds e.t.c and recieved no replies. I feel they should also be taken of the ea performance test page.

Can you post a few more details here? Did BlueStar support respond when you told them about the issue?

You are right. I remember seeing some similar posts about them. I will suggest to the Mod to remove them from the performance Page and make a note about it on their review page.
I suggest that you open a case against them in the traders Court:

From what I see on the review page, complaining to the payments processor is working for a lot of the people who bought it.
