Bluestar - Resolved by REGNOW

Dear,
I did buy this EA at Christmas seing the good result on FPA.
It did act as a trade copier and did get the accurate support.
Not luck for me I did buy the EA at the peak and since i've bought it, it has made big losses. That's part of the game, so no worries.
Now the problems is i asked for a refund, 60 days on their website and no news at all from them.
I did also asked REGNOW to investigate but no news also.

I did pay with my visa.
Regnow just sent out an email to bluestar. Normally I just be refunded by 48 hours by regow.
Could make a warning message on the bluestar discussion ?
Bluestar is acting really strange, first of all you can see that their trading in complete disaster since 2 months.
They don't answer to any emails.
How come I don't see my review in the bluestar forum ?

Any updates? Did RegNow or BlueStar come through with the refund?

Regnow, sent me an email saying they would refund me.
Gonna take a week before I should see the money.
Regnow is acting as responsable player.
Bluestar not a single news. I did again email them.
Please note them as scammers. Anyway seing their results lately, who would pick them up

I'm glad you got your refund. Going straight to the payment processing company is the best step.
