Bonds and Co Wealth Management

Nothing. How did they end the last conversation with you? What was the last number you had ?
Help build a picture they’re still operating from Spain

Thank you for clarifying, Anyways I will go ahead individually to file my case. The Clerks of the Lawfirm are charging a fee for providing consultancy Before assigning the right Barrister. ?The first meeting requires all the documents, emails, phone calls etc Which I am not sure if anyone from the members is willing to share along with the fee.
Anyways I will keep posting the progress and if there is any success will recommend the Barrister who might be willing to register here as a '' Lawyer looking for Clients''.
Hi
Any luck/response updates or further information on Bonds&co?
Cheers

I've just seen this thread. Very similar or the same Ponzi fraud scam and scammers as TridentFX (I'm one of the victims); LEM Spreads and probably others; even using one of the same aliases. The following was sent to the included addresses - self-explanatory i.e. to just about ALL UK and other authorities (other emails are redacted). Note the date '07 April 2017'. No response whatsoever was received back from anyone and the site remaining live for many months afterwards, etc, still scamming more victims no doubt (wayback machine now states: "Sorry. This URL has been excluded from the Wayback Machine."
so evidence has been removed (like it's a complete cover-up?).
So here you go:

Hi ******, All,

Many thanks for this progress and your perseverance – we must not give up.

I believe your information (pdf’s from this ‘company’) and my email of 07/04/2017 (attached here with other related) which I forwarded to multiple authorities (and was forwarded in turn to Craig.Mullish@city-of-london.pnn.police.uk who I missed), didn’t contain ‘evidence’ of fraud, but actual ‘proof’ of fraud, i.e. blatant identity theft for fraudulent purposes (identity theft of actual Slaughter and May individual staff ID (photos of their staff) along with corporate website logo and image graphics); I cannot believe this site is still online! Here is the wayback machine snapshot safe from that date for what it’s worth, a few changes there from as is now it seems: https://web.archive.org/web/20170407175624/http://www.bondsandco.com/

Which leads me to noticing what I think is an addition: ‘IDEA Capital Limited (05259834)’ and in turn seems to me to be highly likely that they are now either fraudulently using the identity of an actual UK registered company – or that this UK registered company is possibly allowing that use (this company and its related business does not look to be up to much to me – or could be a holding company – but: http://ip4leasing.com/ ).

Hi ******, All,

Thanks for this information – balance of probability as evidenced by for example the very similar T&C’s, etc, is that this is the very same organised crime group (or franchise) as for TridentFX (plus ‘LEM Spreads’ (address used also Limassol, Cyprus): https://web.archive.org/web/20140427032550/http://lemspreads.com/ ). So it seems likely (balance of probability/) that they have someone there e.g. available for picking up mail.

What investigation was done and what information actually came back from the Cypriot authorities and or / Interpol, after UK authorities eventually contacted them (given all Cypriot authorities refused to act on any complaints from, or respond further to, any fraud victims)?

I don’t think Slaughter and May would be too happy about this, with their corporate logos / images being used, and especially not their employees ID’s (photos):

(The same name ‘James Anderson’ as for TridentFX, used presumably so they can use the same identity theft information as before: this is where the voice recordings could potentially be some use to evidence whether it may be the same criminal).

I’ve cc’d the above actual Slaughter and May staff as they need to and should have the right to know about this i.e. their ID photo’s stolen and used for fraudulent criminal purposes, in the attached pdf.

http://www.bondsandco.com/ e.g. Whois info shows the actual site location and other info is protected and hidden – what genuine site needs to do that…

Gibraltar address seems to be only be or host a Gym:
https://www.facebook.com/PeakGymGibraltar/

Cyprus address just seems yet another virtual office or rent-an-office provider.

Phone numbers probably go to VoI could go anywhere (but someone has to have registered them?).

I’ve hopefully saved the pages on wayback machine for what it’s worth (but robots might have prevented some if not all). https://web.archive.org/web/20170407175624/http://www.bondsandco.com

Fake nonsense FB page with contradictions and invalid phone number:
www.facebook.com/pg/BondsandCo-1216219848439852/about/?ref=page_internal

The other fake social network pages the same or aren’t worth mentioning.

At the bottom of the page, ironically, stupidly or maybe even deliberately (Registration number 107) links to: https://www.vfsc.vu/70-prevention-of-fraud-investments-act/
etc.

Many thanks to DC ****** for all her hard work on this case so far.

However this case clearly needs to be reviewed and resourced at the highest UK serious crime expert authority, including by Interpol and EU authorities, asap, before more innocent people are made victims and financially crippled into their old age, also emotionally and often resulting in serious health implications, rather than written off, please.

Kind regards
Richard

Hi ******
Sounds remarkably like the Trident FX scam.
I wonder whether City of London Police would be interested, or are they happy to sit and let decent people loose there livelihood to these crooks
