I have ECN account at an FxSalt broker two months ago.
In May, a profit became on the account.
I wasn't happy for a long time because they've deleted the highest amounted ticket (#1825940) three days after.

You can read this on the homepage (fxsalt.com):

"NO dealing Desk- STP (Straight-thru Processing): Traders know that their trades are direct to the market and are not being manipulated by the forex broker

NO Re-Quotes: Our system sends your trades direct to our pool of liquidity providers. The price you see is the price you get."

Despite that they've took away the profit.
I've complained lots of times. They are doing the case slowly.
15 days had been gone and I didn't get back $ 581.86
You can see the Chart about the trading here.

What caused that huge spike on the chart? If it is a false spike that is not shown on other brokers charts then your trade will be deleted as no broker will pay for profits made on false spike.

Now I looked at the Think Forex. There is also a huge spike.

The FxSalt answered me in e-mail.
Part of the reply:
„Please note that the negative positions were removed as well as the positive one. …Please see below the part of the terms and conditions that gives us permission to perform such actions:
14. QUOTES DATABASE:
1. Company has the right to refresh, update and modify historical quotes data for purposes of error correction, filling gaps arising from server downtime and for any other purposes Company, in its sole discretion, deems reasonable.
2. Company has the right to use any sources of historical quotes data for building its own charts.
3. In the event any dispute or claim is related to missing or erroneous charts data, Company shall make its decisions solely using server log‐file records and corrected charts data.

Once again we hope that you understand that unfortunately technical errors do happen and will happen occasionally. Broker does not use them but only corrects them - after that day we have removed more negative trades from trader's accounts than positive trades (like in your case).:D Feel free to pass our details to the FOREX portal so they can contact us for our version of the events. ….”

I had a case like that at another broker, too. Then the trading was minus. I didn’t get back my money. I didn’t tell anything, because I didn’t know, that they write over the past’s details, until now. As it’s good for them
Dear trading mates, can you believe the broker’s story?
