Broker Star 3 weeks pending Withdrawal Request

i opened a $100 account in broker stars last aug 15 2013 then requested for a withdrawal last 27-08-2013 but until now i didnt receive any email response or calls then after 1 week i requested for another withdrawal request dated 06-09-2013 and i didnt get any response from them. last week i sent an email with my withdrawal request.
