Price is 19300, it will low till 19000, do not place any order, direction is not easy to determine

When price will suddenly increase by 250 to 400 pips(could start in 1 or 2 hour ) open a sell order when it starts to drop, be quick, it will lower of 100 pips very quick and will lower till 19000 ans less, close order when under 19000...
On a 5 minutes scale chart, bolinger period 20 look when graph shows a peak and touch :
-lower band, +500 pips and when touch upper band drop strongly.
