Hi,
on Monday I deposited 1000 Euro in Bitcoin to my account on NordFX from kraken.
I wanted to transfer 500 Euro in Bitcoin to my second account.
Both accounts have base currency BTC.

They wrote, that it is not supported, to transfer between BTC accounts.
Then I wanted to withdraw 500 Euro back to kraken, to send it after this transfer to my second account.

I couldn't do this. Traders cabinet writes Withdrawal rejected.
I can't see anywhere the possibility for input a BTC-Address.

I wrote two times to their support.
Tuesday they answered, I should click withdrawal.
Since then no response.
I had never made a withdrawal with them, before I lost all my money.
Am I doing something wrong or are they scammers?

many thanks

Please tell me your name and your account number.
I'll get the information to the support team, and we'll handle the situation.

Dear Client,
We have seen your situation and our Finance Dept has given a detailed reply to you.
Just in case, we repeat it here again:
According to our, data you’ve entered incorrect BTC account for every withdrawal request
since 2018-03-20. Instead of withdrawing funds to your Bitcoin wallet, you tried to withdraw them to the account balance.
Account 12***51 is not a BTC wallet, Please, enter correct recipient data while creating withdrawal request.
Correct BTC account can be found in your BTC wallet program.
We are sure everything will be great and have successful trading!

Thank you, now the transaction is ok. Maybe you can describe this form a little clearer. I'm an experienced computer user, but in this case I was too silly.
Sorry for inconvenietions.
