I deposited USD 5000 to them in Sep. Later in Nov, I applied a withdrawal of USD 5000. They emailed me to confirm receiving my withdrawal request and at the same time tried to convince me not to withdraw with bonus reward. I insisted to withdraw by giving up the bonus. Then they deducted the amount from my account balance. But I can't receive any money from them until now. I emailed them many times, they didn't reply at all. I tried to call their phone number, but it always directed to the message box. I skype the account manager Frank Jaeger, but nobody replied too.
How can I get my money back when the company does not even reply?

They simply ignored all my emails and don't reply at all. If you call their number, you can only get to msg box...
Since there are so many complaints about not being able to withdraw, FPA should label a scam alert of this company!

Why would you want to help people to retrieve their money? I am kinda skeptical of your intention here. Most of the time, all the information obtained were sold to other people. Are you one of the information sellers? Please pardon me for being offensive. But I've seen enough. If you are sincere, please showed the method publicly here on FPA to assist the users in regards to his issue faced.

a guy contacted me. he asked for details of my story and then introduced me to a law firm "giambronelaw", and obviously the lawyer would charge service fee in advance no matter I can get my money back or not. so i guess that's why there are people here want to "help" others to retrieve their money
