Resolved: Can't withdraw Money from HonorFx (www.honorfx.com)

Hi Everyone, Who have been trade and who are going to trade with HonorFX, Please read this before making a decision. And here is my story ! :
My Name is Pham Thi Lan.
MT5 ID: 921093
I have been traded with honorfx (Honorfx.com) for 3 months. At first everything was be fine. I Deposit and withdraw normally as many other broker.
But thing is happen. I tried to withdraw my money of 17,600 usd on 24- June. But my withdraw was be rejected without any reason. After that i try serveral time to withdraw but it is all be rejected. It seem that HonorFx want to block my money and take it. so now i cant do anything with that. I also contacted with supporting guy from Honorfx his name is Noel and asking why Honorfx would block my money. And he dont even tell me the reason just ask me to contact to their sale team, But He dont even tell me the contact of that. and it really ridiculous that they are customer support, when customer claim, instead of working internally to solve customer issue, but they asking customer to work with their sale team, account manager team or any other team i dont know.
After a week i contact them again but they keep silient to me.
I seem that they dont wanna solve this issue. and i may lost my money for this scam broker.

--> Do you have other friends or people you know who trade with honorfx?
Do they have any issues withdrawing recently? (if yes, it is recommended for them to visit FPA and open an independent scam alert thread...and attach their own evidence in that thread)

2nd: yes i did wrote the review. But it is waiting for approval.
3rd: i already inform to my IB. But he keep quite as well.

Can you please generate the trading statement from the mt4/mt5 desktop app (or the web browser version if the broker has that)? The mobile app screenshots don't have enough detail about the trade; and more difficult to read.

well, if any of your friends have a laptop or computer you can use (or like an internet shop), you can quickly download the mt5 there, login and generate the statement.

This is a very unprofessional email conversation I have read from any broker yet.

Seem that they were too busy to scam other customers all over the world.
My Money is still stuck there for no hope
