The account statement is intriguing, but it looks like a PAMM master account and doesn't show a name. I believe what you say about it belonging to Samir is quite possible, but is there any proof?

Same for me. Their so called "new management" had stop replying to me and fpa's email about my case. They will only return you your money if it's a really small amount and you leave a 5 star glowing review on their review page so that they can continue to scam more people. It will just be a matter of time before Samir Beool be sent to jail for his crimes and Capital One Forex shut down for good. Trust me on this.

Sounds like they hoped to get a cheap and quick lifting of the scam finding, lure in some more victims, and then run off with all the cash.

I even see a lot deniel requests from this broker, even hundred$ so they sure wanted to deny your $30k requests. It's really hard to withdraw it when you trade with this damn broker.
