capital one forex- criminal company did not proceed withdrawal request

capital one forex is a criminal company. I did not get my funds. Last week i got a call from Enrico Falchi, i have to deposit more funds. After this he will become my account manager and i will proceed withdrawa.
Can nobody stop this criminals???
