I have a problem with them, I can not receive my money already for 10-12 days.
I have account 92171 /investor password dpCgDyV3/
with Capital One Forex,
I made $500 deposit received $500 tradable bonus and began my trading.
I earn $700 and asked my manager Makcim to process it.
After 3 days he did it.
Then I made new profit about $680 and asked him to process it.
Makcim asked me to wait for a WEEK. He told I could not request 2 withdrawals
in one week. So know this rule everybody my friends, about this you may
be informed only after you request your money.
After one week I made a new withdrawal and Makcim told me that I'd receive it on Friday.
On friday I called their UK office NOBODY answered, sen email and NOBODY answered.
Chat support told it would be processed very soon, but it was not true.
I several times sen them email, asked their chat to call me and no answers.
Makcim Salakhav is my account manager and he does not connect with me.
He did not send my money at the time he promised.
Help me if you can , please.
