I start trade with capitaloneforex in September 2015 , and Deposit several times by Netteller.com
Until 28 Dec 2015,My first withdraw I made some withdraw 1500 USD. for spend in New year coming . I made quick withdraw from website,and I also chat with Mr. David , He said ,wait for 24 hours sir
29 Dec2015 , I chat with Mr. David ,again he said wait 4 hours. sir (see the pic's chat capture)
I wait until 6 Hours , I not recieved my money ,and I log in live chat ,he banned my live chat.
Now , I don't know ,how to contact this broker,because they banned my live chat. But My MT4 account still working. , Anyone who know the way to get withdraw, Please help me., thank you very much
