The broker is offended by my post; but i should not.
I waited for 3 months without any answer from them; now they opened a ticket.
This is the way a victim become a number in the hand of this industry.

Brokers often get annoyed that clients who are subjected to extensive delays might dare to mention pathetic customer service or even outright theft of client money in a public forum.
