I basically want to know what pairs you think are the most choppy—that is, the ones that are most likely to retrace frequently during their ranges or trends—and what methods you would employ to assess this particular type of volatility.

Figuring out which currency pairs are the most choppy takes some analysis, but usually, the ones with low liquidity and big trading volumes, like those exotic pairs, tend to be the choppier ones.

I try to avoid trading in choppy markets!
Buy I think you have to keep an eye on exotic ones ig you want to use that opportunity, such as USD/MXN _ USD/ZAR.
