    Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
    Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

Ali with all due respect, what are you talking about "A verbal contract that was signed" There is a slight contradiction there. Cititrader nor its representatives can or will ever make a verbal contract. I would love to see this "signed verbal contract" that you have. Anyone can see that is an oxymoron but still would love to see it.

The bottom line is that you are upset that you lost money, which we all understand, but that is the extent of your problem, so you can post whatever you choose to, that is your right, but none of what you post changes the facts: Trading is always a risk and you did not read the T&C that you agreed to, and on top of that the bonus rules were explained to you verbally as well.

You are calling us a scam, you lost money, and if you kept trading, reached the volume you would still be able to withdraw money, but you'd rather make unsubstantiated accusations. Just because you put it in a video, does not make it fact!!

Well making sure to provide facts backed by records. Stumbled upon some more intresting but shocking stuff that will have to be included in it as well. Also, you did not mention who you are and how did you manage to get access to customers private info and data?

I mentioned a while ago that I work for Cititrader, but am not Dave. Just because you call something a fact, does not make it so, I will have a good time proving your "facts" fiction.

Although it took much longer then I would have liked I am happy to say my issue has
been resolved and my 2,500 wired to my acct today :)

Here is a good example of a client that lived within the T&C and received his money, it took longer for two reasons: 1) When we close an account there is a procedure to follow that takes a little longer than a normal withdrawal and 2) Per the T&C this client could not withdraw before November 9th.

As he said, he has received his money, we have no interest in keeping money that belongs to a client, unlike Ali, this client did not take a bonus and that is why he had no trouble withdrawing once he met his 3 month minimum period.
