Discuss is for general discussions of a financial company or issues related to companies.

Info is for things like "Has anyone heard of Company X?" or "Is Company X legit or not?"

Compare is for things like "Which of these 2 (or more) companies is best?"

Searching is for things like "Help me pick a broker" or "What's the best VPS out there for trading?"

Problem is for reporting an issue with a company. Please don't just scream "CompanyX is a scam!" It is much more useful to say "I can't withdraw my money from Company X" or "Company Y is not honoring their refund guarantee" in the subject line.
Keep Problem discussions civil and lay out the facts of your case. Your goal should be to get your problem resolved or reported to the regulators, not to see how many insults you can put into the thread.

    More info coming soon.

Problem citrades.com is scam

I am having an issue with a company
Basically they prefer to pay kickbacks but not to pay the OP, and why they are insisting to not send a representative to explain themselves?

My best guess is because the owner would prefer to use underhanded methods that be honest, even if the actual dollar cost is the same.

NO Deposit Bonus is very vital to the new comer in the Forex arena that help a new trader to find the opportunity to trade in the live market condition and platfrom without any sort of risk and investment. Later a trader may deposit money into live account if they find the trading condition is suitable for them to Trade Live Forex.

Yes, "No deposit bonus" is a good way for Newbies to learn first hand actual market conditions BUT, unfortunately, majority of them are given out by not-so-preferable brokers and with all sorts of T&C attached.....very similar to online casinos offering "free" money to play at their sites.

For those who "simply cannot do without bonuses", BUT without all the strings/ropes/chain attached with receiving the "bonus" (which is basically another form of increasing leverage anywhere), you might as well go with a broker offering 2000:1 leverage which will allow you to make fairly large trades on a shoestring trading account....e.g On EUR/USD: 1.0 Lot size trader...Required Margin:USD54.88....Pip Profit/Loss: USD10.00

However you have to remember and pay special attention to the T&C on using these high leverage such as the leverage of your account, upon hitting USD2K on your Equity, will automatically be reduced accordingly...perhaps down to 10000:1...and each weekend on Friday and International holidays, leverage will be reduced down to 200:1 or even 50:1 depending on expected market volatility upon start of trading week/day. So do close all your open trades before those days.

As far as i am concerned citrader's freeze or block account transactions, trading points and money could be sent in other accounts, right?

The only accounts Citrades seems interested in sending money to all belong to the company's owner.

How can we contact the owner Jason scharf if he can give the money back , i have also been fooled by this broker and they are not returning my money since 7 months now. Is there any dept who can get money from these scammers ?
I have received half my funds from Citrades and they are willing to solve my matter in no time. I would encourage others to be in contact with them as they will do whatever they can to help clients. The money is not lost and it will be recovered if you approach them.

Ali, why did we work with this client and not you? The reason is simple, even though as he states, we did not have to, we are human and decided his situation was one that we wanted to help with. You on the other hand continue to fabricate information, putting nonsense out there as facts. You are welcome to continue doing this, we have over 40,000 clients, if we were as you claim, a scam, then you should have complaints here and elsewhere from 40,000 traders! Maybe it is time to challenge your "facts" in court, it may be time for people to learn that if they keep on making unfounded accusations in an attempt to hurt a companies business there are consequences. This will be my last post and I am recommending that legal take every step they can, including suing for damages. We have every e-mail top and from you, not just a sentence here and there, every recorded phone call and we will see how your "facts" stack up against ours if my recommendation is taken. All I can say is good luck.
"Binary_Answer" I just came across this post, it is now almost the year 2016 now. Considering all the changes citrades has made to try and cover up their scam dont you feel at least a little stupid for defending them in past posts? Seriously, they are nothing but a scam, they are not even trying to lie or hide the fact they are not even registered for gambling let alone the forex market. They are black listed and labeled a scam by almost every trade monitoring system world wide. I hope you made a lot of money defending this fraudulant scam and the peapal invoved running it cause what you wrote really makes you look like a complete fool.

Dear friends ,

My withdrawal was processed , and the funds are already in my bank account
