Clear this confusion - Spread, Pips and Points

Hi,

You can check above screenshot from my Mobile MT4. For EURJPY it says spread 22 what it means 22 pips or 22 points?

and

According to some broker 1 pip = 10 points
According to FBS and other brokers 1 point = 10 pips

Which is correct? I am really confused.

Here anyone please clarify.

10 points = 1 pip. For example CADCHF is 3.1 pips (31 points)

means CADCHF is 31 pips spread.

AUDUSD- 0.75162 and 0.75181 taking this scenario, the difference between buy and sell price is called spreads. That means 19 is the spread. Spreads are measured in pips so tha means it is 1.9 pips( pip is the forth place after the decimal and 5th place after the decimal is call as pippetts. 10 pippetts makes a pip.
